A smarter participant specific payments overview for faster support and happier participants and administrators!
We’ve redesigned the per participant AidKit Payments Tab to give your team everything they need, right where they need it. Alongside the familiar payment list, program administrators now see a running total of funds disbursed and the recipient's active payment method at a glance. A search bar and easy one-click filters display a running list of all transactions and the expanded details report shows account status, support contacts, payment tracking numbers, and more for all ACH, RTP, or debit-card payouts. The result: fewer back-and-forths, richer context for troubleshooting, and a truly holistic view of every participant’s payment profile, all in one place!
