Essentials Onboarding Week

Following the kickoff call, one of our key next steps will be identifying a week when your team can dedicate the time and resources needed to complete all outstanding inputs.

This is a focused, five-day onboarding sprint designed to help your team finalize all core program inputs—supported every step of the way by your dedicated AidKit Customer Success Manager. Each day includes a 30-minute stand-up to check progress, resolve blockers, and align on next steps.

Once all inputs are complete, our team will build the first draft of your program instance!

🧭 Daily Breakdown

Day 1 – Kickoff & Intake Alignment

  • Review the Partner Program Intake Form you submitted

  • Align on roles, timelines, and goals

Day 2 – Application Template Deep Dive

  • Finalize updates to the Application Copy Template

  • Confirm program context, FAQs, and survey language

Day 3 – Enrollment Form and Notification Customization

  • Tailor the Enrollment Form Template to your program workflow

  • Update Notification Copy

Day 4 – Learn About In-Line Editing and User Testing

  • Get trained on AidKit's in-line copy editor!

  • Walk through your User Testing Plan- outline how you plan to test your program with real users before launch. (Don’t worry—we’ll go into more detail in the next section!)

Day 5 – Wrap-Up & Build Prep

  • Confirm all inputs are finalized

  • Review any final outstanding questions

  • Get ready for your program instance build!
