# Introducing Admin Panel!

### Welcome to the new logged in AidKit experience.

The AidKit Platform has a new look and feel and it's been designed with you in mind. Whether you're a program administrator, an application reviewer, or a support agent, this update is built to give you more control, more visibility, and fewer steps between you and the information you need.

The underlying infrastructure you rely on hasn't changed. What's new is the experience sitting on top of it: cleaner, faster, and more intuitive.

### What's New for Your Role?

* **Program Administrators** can now build and configure reports, create custom dashboards, and work with program data directly inside the platform — no more exporting to a spreadsheet just to answer a question.
* **Application Reviewers** will find a cleaner, more streamlined workflow that makes it easier to move through applications efficiently.
* **Support Staff** have everything they need in one centralized place, so helping applicants and recipients is faster and simpler

### What has stayed the same?

* The core of AidKit — the powerful, fully customizable infrastructure that runs your program — is exactly as it was. This update is about improving how you interact with it, not rebuilding what works.

### How to use this series?

The rest of the *How to AidKit* video series dives into each part of the new experience in detail. You can start with the section most relevant to your role, or work through them all from start to finish. Either way, each lesson is short, focused, and designed to get you comfortable and confident quickly.

**Key Takeaways:**

* The AidKit Admin Panel has a refreshed interface — faster, cleaner, and more intuitive
* Your core program data and infrastructure are unchanged
* Program admins can now build reports and dashboards directly in the platform
* Reviewers and support staff have streamlined, role-specific workflows
* The rest of this series will walk you through each feature step by step
